• Assisted with both the development & launch of the revenue-producing Contact-to-Close (CTC) program to Florida agents
• Developed the Training Program for new CTC Transaction Coordinators and wrote/created the CTC "Training Manual & Step-by-Step Process Guide" for new CTC team members
• Continues to streamline and “fine-tune” the CTC program by creating systems & process to assist with it’s efficiency & scalability as it grows, expands, and eventually reaches full statewide roll out/adoption
• Involved with the creation & implementation of project-based initiatives to assist Florida agents get paid faster by achieving a more clear & efficient process of obtaining their compliance documents required for commission payment; one of which was launched and adopted as a regional program
• Assisted the Product Team with the rollout of the new Compass internal transaction management product by producing feedback and 1:1 collaboration to help identify product features that would be essential for both in-house Transaction Coordinators's workflow as well as the agents on the agent-facing/external side
• Routinely handles 40+ CTC files and an agent roster of 18+ while simultaneously assisting with the day-to-day operations of the CTC team
